Transformational Coaching:
This is professional one-on-one individual
coaching or group coaching for your leadership team. Coaching
is an art and a practice of guiding you toward greater competence
and fulfillment that you desire. It is designed for you to
maximize your own potential.
Your coach is there to make a difference
in your life and standing for you to have results. The goal
of coaching is to create results for you through active listening,
discovery, inquiry, accountability, "fierce conversations",
creating awareness, managing progress, co-designing actions
and disciplines, and facilitating learning.

 Coaching
Academy:
The Advancing Ministries Coaching
Academy is a five-month experiential process where you
learn to become a leader as a transformational coach for your
church or organization and within your sphere of influence.
You will experience and learn compelling and proven methodologies
in coaching through a mix of intensive hands-on, group, and
personal coaching, all of which are scripturally anchored,
and relevant to today's marketplace.
This is a full coaching curriculum
for those desiring to start their own practice as a transformational
coach, to learn and practice coaching disciplines for support
of their ministry, or for those wanting to advance substantially
in both their personal and professional lives.
As part of the tuition you will be
given a one year license to use "The Calling" coaching
curriculum, a ready made, end-to-end participant and coaches
manual. In addition you will be given a year's membership
to the Coaches Academy, and the benefits thereof, which include
coaching teleconferences through out the year to build your
skills and coaching practice.

Men's Advance:
God calls men to Advance and to take
ground in their lives with the unique leadership that He has
given them. Identifying, engaging and practicing that unique
leadership is the premise of the Men's Advance.
The Men's Advance contains two separate
possiblities:
1) A four hour workshop that is normally
exercised during a men's church breakfast or gathering. This
is a stand-alone workshop for men to begin to inquire and
engage conversations, attitudes and behaviors that can empower
them, their marriage, their family, their work and other areas
of their lives.
2) A 2 ½ - 3 day transformational
workshop provides the time and space for men to continue to
engage new life-giving conversations and generously practice
living out the power of the Calling that God has given them.
