The Advancing Ministries Coaching
Academy is a five-month experiential process where
you learn to become a leader as a transformational coach for
your church and within your sphere of influence. You will
experience and learn compelling and proven methodologies in
coaching through a mix of intensive hands-on, group, and personal
coaching, all of which are scripturally anchored and relevant
to today's marketplace.
The AM Coaching Academy is designed
for you to take new ground in your life and thus produce new,
never-before-seen results, both personally and professionally.
It is about harnessing and maximizing your God-given talents
and power to lead others toward theor potential through coaching
and to advance The Calling that He has given you.
What does a coach do?
"Your commitment as a coach is
to create results for your clients through establishing trust,
active listening, discovery, inquiry, accountability, having
fierce conversations, creating awareness, managing progress,
co-designing actions and disciplines, facilitating learning,
and much more….Coaching is both an art and a practice
of guiding those you lead toward greater competence and fulfillment
that they desire, so they can live congruent with their stated
vision and declarations."
