Biography
O'Leary
Logan
O'Leary is a Certified Transformational Trainer and is a Master
Certified Coach. He has significant experience and results
in the area of business and executive coaching, as well as
coaching from a biblical perspective and coaching other coaches.
He is passionate about helping others engage the power that
God gave them so that they can live in the freedom of their
leadership.
O'Leary is the co-founder and executive
director of Advancing Ministries. He was certified as a transformational
trainer in 2004 and received his master certification in coaching
from Behavioral Coaching Institute in 2005. He is also the
co-author of "The Calling", a coaching framework
for transformational change, and oversees the Coaching Academy
at Advancing Ministries. He received his MBA degree from Keller
Graduate School (2000) and is an adjunct instructor at the
University of California at Irvine.
He and his wife Karen have been
married for over 17 years. They love being together and stay
busy in their off time by refurbishing and bringing back to
glory a 1938 historical home, where O'Leary gets to use his
hardware and construction experience learned from his youth.
O'Leary is a public speaker, loves reading and playing his
piano. He stays fit, alert and on his toes by regularly running
cross-country on one of the many trails in his area. He is
currently writing a fiction novel based on events and people
from his ministry work in South Africa.

Ennio
Salucci
Ennio works with coaching and training organizations throughout
America and Europe conducting experiential, transformational
trainings and seminars. He is an ordained minister, facilitator,
and senior trainer and facilitates marriage workshops with
his wife.
He married his wife, Dawn, in 1979,
and is a father to two children, Gian and Cristiana. After
being a restaurateur for 10 years, owning and operating two
restaurants, and spending 14 years in the real estate business,
he transitioned into his true passion: working with people
in transformational seminars and workshops--both in the business
and personal domains. He's a master coach and trainer and
coaches other coaches.
Ennio Salucci immigrated to America
from Italy in 1961, along with his family, and was raised
in northeast Ohio. He attended Kent State University in Ohio
and completed a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry and Philosophy
in 1978.
