To lead leaders into the full potential of what is possible for their lives through Christian-based seminars, workshops, coaching and trainings.

Our Values:

• We believe in graciously and powerfully engaging The Calling that God has given us to raise up, equip and release leaders into the Kingdom for His work.
• We appreciate and celebrate people and the unique value that each of us has to give to each other and the world.
• We believe in intentional conversations that embody love, mercy, justice, authenticity, reconciliation and hope with those we encounter.
• We believe that God desires for us to be transformed every day for His work and that He has given us the Holy Scriptures to equip us and direct our daily actions and behaviors.

Our Doctrinal Beliefs:

We believe Jesus Christ is the source and the object of our faith, hope and love. That Jesus of Nazareth is the Messiah, the Son of God; He was eternally preexistent with the Father and the Holy Spirit, the Holy Trinity. He became incarnate as the virgin-born Savior of the world; sinless, atoning death on the Cross, and through His bodily resurrection He completed God's sole plan for the redemption of fallen humanity. Through resurrection He has defeated death and is now ascended to the right hand of God as our Intercessor and from where He will return to earth again to reign in righteousness.

We believe Truths are revealed in the Holy Bible, which is the Holy Spirit-inspired, Word of God contained in the books of the Old and New Testament; that the Word is the final authority provided to humankind, revealing the ultimate Way, the Truth, and the Life.

Our Background:

Advancing Ministries was founded to provide Biblically-grounded coaching and training for equipping and instructing leaders with transformational principals, tools and intellectual property to Advance their ministry forward into an expression of their Calling. The team at Advancing Ministries have over thirty years of combined transformational coaching and training, and more than fifty years of combined pastorship and pastoring people into their Calling.

Our Accountability:

As an organization, Advancing Ministries is accountable to its Board of Directors. The Board of Directors are committed to the success of the ministry as well as its integrity, and the integrity of the serving members, through authentic communication.
